I need to stop gossiping

I need to stop with gossiping everywhere I go in the workplace. I am only hurting other peoples' images and tearing them down. If I could speak positively about others 100% of the time then that's fine. But I know that I can't. Time to keep things on a professional level and for them to stay there. I will not be the person that nobody can trust. First I must trust myself. Then everything else will fall into place.
