I almost get fired yesterday at my grocery store gig, because I told a woman that I couldn't complete a certain type of transaction for her. She started to act like a complete bitch and started calling me an asshole several times. Keep in mind that she is yelling these obscenities at me while I am stuck in the cafe part of our store. No management. Nothing. So I flip her money in the air because I can't complete the transcation like I said. She yells again at me to "don't throw my money at me." So she has completely blown her top, I ask her nicely if she could finish the order up front, since I am just a lowly cashier in the system, and she follows up with..."why should I?" Why should you? Because you just made a scene in front of every single customer that just walked in. Bitch. - confez

To get off work for the national championship game, I paid a woman $40 dollars to work the second half of my 8 hour shift. After I fork over the amount after sealing the deal, another girl offers to cover my shift so that I get off at 7. Monday night. And this is after the fact of me handing over $40 when I find out that the second girl was filling in for me...for free. Just because she knew how much it meant for me to go watch the game at my friends' house. All things considered, $40 well spent. Second part of it was, I never asked her why she worked the extra few hours for me for nothing. If she likes me like that, I'm glad that I didn't put her on the spot. That would not have been the cool thing to do in that given situation. - confez

I need to stop with gossiping everywhere I go in the workplace. I am only hurting other peoples' images and tearing them down. If I could speak positively about others 100% of the time then that's fine. But I know that I can't. Time to keep things on a professional level and for them to stay there. I will not be the person that nobody can trust. First I must trust myself. Then everything else will fall into place. - confez

I cashier at the other side of my work sometimes during the lunch hours. I have all sorts of people come through my line to checkout their salads. I see everything that goes on with half of the store while I stand there waiting for business. This man was walking around with a half limp around produce for the longest time. I asked him if I could help him find anything and he said that he was a diabetic who had taken too much insulin. I began to panic as I know very little about diabetes. I quickly tore open some pretzel bites to try and raise his sugar level. I was so scared for a while because nobody was around to help me. The man was convulsing slightly after I helped him into a chair. My boss thankfully has a diabetic wife and knew what to do in the situation. The man was okay. - confez

I am sick and tired of workplace gossip and drama. I am not going to talk about anything personal with anyone ever again at my work. And I over that girl with all the drama in her life. Time for me to move on with mine and choose a normal girl. A girl who doesn't have 50 guys at her beck and call to do whatever she wants. Disgusting shit. - confez
